We're really enjoying our new house, which is only 5 minutes from day care and then another 5 minutes to work. No traffic here, but I do have the occasional commute to Seattle. Sawyer's almost 6 months (and huge) and Laurel is coming up on 2 years old. They both have their own web sites if you want to check out their pics (www.laurelhirsch.com and www.sawyerhirsch.com).
I mostly spend my free time, what little of it there is these days, knitting, running, reading, and enjoying snow-sports. I get the occasional night off from being a mom to spend with friends, which is usually spent catching up over a glass of wine, walking the waterfront, or taking in an improv show (Ryan Stiles is a local celebrity). My husband David and I will celebrate our 8-year anniversary tomorrow!
Life is exponentially busier with 2 kids and a full-time job, so I probably won't make it back to the NE any time soon. It's already warming and lightening up here though, so there'll soon be more daylight hours for play. I'd love to hear from the rest of you, so send me an email, or set up your own account!
